Reliable and carried out a thorough service on our boiler. Very different service compared to another who only spent 20mins, Mason Plumbing took 2 hours. Would def recommend and will be using them for any future plumbing needs

The plumber who attended was punctual, efficient, friendly and did the work in a clean and tidy manner with consideration for our property. The final bill was within the estimate given on the phone and the work was of a high quality

I would highly recommend masons to anyone, they are always kind and considerate and communicate really well and the workmanship is excellent. They are very professional and will discuss any issues that may arise and they keep everything tidy. We have found them always helpful and very prompt with their responses, it’s been a pleasure to have carry out work in our home.

I have known Peter Mason for many years. Indeed I believe we were some of his first customers.His service and professionalism are second to none. Fitted a new boiler in our property and a complete new heating system, boiler, radiators, pipes, etc. in an property we used to rent out.Always kept us informed of what needed to be done, options, costs, etc. has maintained and serviced our appliances, changed taps, etc. No nasty surprises. Highly recommended..

I have used Mason Plumbing & Heating many times, and both Peter and Joe have always done a great job! Joe replaced my leaking toilet in December and completed a full boiler service in January. He was super-efficient, worked diligently, showed excellent attention to detail and was respectful of my property, completing the work to a very high standard. I can’t fault Mason Plumbing & Heatimg, communication is very good, they are professional, also the plumbers clean up after themselves and their rates are good. We wouldn’t use anyone else.

Mason plumbing and heating fitted a replacement pump, which is much quieter than the previous one. The diagnosis remedial action was swiftly and professionally completed and the silicone cosmetic finishing of the bath panel, was another improvement. I have every confidence in the competence and professionalism of this business and shall be using them in future.

Excellent service - would use again. From Quote to installation, they have been responsive and helpful. 4 radiators replaced; very tidy installation - protected the area around each install and tidied up after. Tested and balanced the system thoroughly before signing it off.

Efficient contact service, and easy to book an appointment, the charges were explained. The replacement TRV was fitted without fuss in a manner where the heating system did not need to be drained down. Martin was friendly and helpful, and highly professional throughout the fitting process. I can’t fault

Peter and Martin installed and relocated a new boiler for us. Communication was fantastic from the get go, Peter came out promptly to give us a quote and got us booked in very quickly. The guys were very friendly and professional and took great care when lifting floors to ensure they went back down as they were. Excellent workmanship, would recommend!

Called about a broken down boiler. The chap on the phone was very polite and was able to give me some advice about defrosting a component. The advice did the job without even needing a call-out. Heating is back on. Wouldn’t hesitate to give them my business in the future.

Mason Plumbing and Heating serviced our boiler for us and were able to do so within 2 days of me initially contacting them. They arrived on time, if not early. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They also assisted with a blocked condense pump, which we initially thought would need to be replaced but they were honest in advising it was just a blockage that could be sorted for now. They were also happy to answer other general questions I had. Great service, thank you.

An Immersion Heater was fitted to my hot water tank. The Plumber arrived early which was fine. The job was completed within an hour or just over and I was happy with the work. The only issue was a very slight leak at the point where the tank was drained. The issue was resolved within a few days. It didn't cause any problems. Overall I am happy to use Mason Plumbing and would recommend them.

Mason Plumbing serviced our boiler. We had to cancel our first appointment, which was done without any fuss. When we were able to make a new appointment it was booked for 3 days later at a time I requested.Everything was done efficiently and in a friendly manner.We will definitely be using them again and I would happily recommend them to everyone.

0ur boiler failed Peter came and gave us a quote for new boiler and relocation of said boiler. Peter and Martin carried out the work quickly and cleanly with the minimum of fuss. 1st service on boiler carried out by Martin. I had to do a slight mod to the new kitchen housing for the boiler which was fitted at a later date.Martin carried out service and was very professional and passed on any advice. Very happy with work

We had the unfortunate situation to be in need of a boiler replacement quite close to Christmas and the thought of a cold house with no hot water was not appealing at all. Fortunately Peter was able to quote, and undertake the work very quickly. The quote was competitive and the service exemplary. Peter and Martin turned up early and ensured that after the first day we had both heating and hot water. The cleanse of the whole system took place on the second day and all wrapped up very efficiently. I would recommend Mason Plumbing & Heating to anyone wanting quality service and products.
